What a landslide victory!

Who would’ve thought we would see brutality of such manner by a financial services team, who took the brunt of the market downturn, that too in the semifinals! I take my words back, as in just the first 3 rounds Morgan Stanley has secured their place as one of the finalists of the Worldcup.one 2022 Friendlies Tournament!

It would be unfair not to mention Kweichow Moutai’s valiant efforts and determined team who fought till the end in this tournament and gave us a thrilling experience in the quarterfinals.

You could say they were unlucky as they had a few injured players after their stock saw a quick decline from 1910 CNY on 10^th of August to 1876 CNY on the 11^th of August. Whereas Morgan Stanley’s team had a tailwind giving it a slow and steady incline during this team, making it an easy win for them.

Apple (AAPL) Vs. Amazon (AMZN)

 After losing two consecutive rounds from Apple, Jeff Bezos must have had enough or perhaps he started listening to that Bo Burnham song again as in today’s round we saw Amazon’s team finally win their first round in the semifinals.

This was a close escape by the team as if they hadn’t they would’ve lost their chance for the finals like the Chinese liquor team just did and personally it would have been a disappointing performance for a team with such high potential and strong leadership.

As they live to fight another day, we’re hoping for a more competitive spirit by Jeff Bezos going forward as for them each round going forward is battle for survival!
