After defeating the fan favorite Litecoin in humiliating manner (4-1), Cosmos has brought to us another epic match this week. As this week they didn’t just surprise us but kept us on the edge of our seats in its showdown with Ontology.

After winning the first 2 rounds of the match this week, fans were expecting an easy win by Cosmos after their spectacular win last week. But just when it seemed it was all over, Ontology started its uptrend with analysts publishing favorable forecasts for the team.

Ontology’s team with armed with the newfound determination and hope riled up and launched their onslaught winning round after round and bringing the score to a tie on the 4th round.

However, as the teams collided on the last day, Cosmos showed us all that their win from Litecoin wasn’t just luck and qualified to the Semis!

And just like it did the previous week with Chain link, once again, Compound makes it in the nick of time and manages to outplay its opponents by a close margin!

The match was well fought from both sides but after recently becoming one of the leading DeFi protocols on the market Compound has gained significant fan support and a determination to reach the top.

As they say when there is a will, there is a way and Compound having found the will, found the way!

Basic Attention vs. Qtum

After winning a tied match from Zcash in the last round the previous week, Qtum’s team was over the moon! With the players’ videos of partying and celebrating going viral, I guess the victory got to their heads.

As this week the team faced absolute annihilation.

Basic Attention was the first team to enter the Semis this week as they made certain their position in the tournament by winning the first 3 rounds consecutively. But they didn’t just stop there.

And went on to score what they call “A perfect knockout!”

By winning all 5 of the rounds leaving Qtum with neither hope nor dignity!
